Grenada's CBI Programme

Grenada's Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programme, established in 2013, offers one of the most attractive passports in the Caribbean. Grenadian citizens enjoy visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 140 countries.

Uniquely, Grenada is the only Caribbean CBI programme that allows applicants to access the US E-2 Treaty Investor Visa, enabling Grenadian citizens to live and work in the United States.

Investment Options

National Transformation FundFrom $150,000

Single applicant: $150,000 · Main applicant + spouse: $200,000 · Family of four: $200,000 · Each additional dependent after the third: +$25,000.

Approved Real EstateFrom $220,000

Invest in a government-approved real estate project with a minimum of $220,000. The property must be held for a minimum of 5 years. This is the most popular option as it combines citizenship with an asset.
