Selling Real Estate in Grenada

Visionary Dynamics provides end-to-end support — from accurate market valuation to professional photography, global listing exposure, buyer negotiations and closing.

01

Prepare Your Documents

Have your Title Deed, Lot Plan, current Tax Receipt, and house plan (if applicable) ready. If selling furnished, an inventory list is also required.

02

List With Us

We market your property with professional photography, drone footage, and placement on leading portals and our website to reach qualified buyers locally and internationally.

03

Receive and Accept an Offer

A written Offer Letter is presented by the buyer's agent. Once you accept, an Acceptance Letter is issued and the process moves to your attorney for the Sale Agreement.

04

Sign the Sale Agreement

Your appointed attorney prepares the Sale Agreement, which you sign. Copies of the Title Deed and Lot Plan are then sent to the purchaser's attorney for review.

05

Conveyance and Closing

The purchaser's attorney prepares the Conveyance for your execution. All property taxes, utility bills, and association fees must be settled in full before closing.
